Artist Statement -
 
My work is a rhythmic exploration of the Australian landscape, dancing between realism and abstraction. I am drawn to the structural elegance of native flora, particularly the 'ghostly' presence of the Eucalyptus. By layering acrylics and fine-line patterns, I aim to capture the vibrant energy of the bush—from the sun-drenched textures of an ochre ridge to the cool, shifting depths of a mountain catchment. These pieces are an invitation to find stillness and connection within the intricate tapestry of the natural world.
