Fundraising Made Easy
We understand that organising a fundraiser can be a lot of work, so we’ve designed a simple, hassle-free process that puts you in control while removing the need for volunteer administration. Here’s how it works:

Private Web Page: We will create a dedicated private web page just for your team, featuring all the team photos available for purchase.

Easy and Secure Ordering: Team members can browse, select, and order their photos individually on the secure web page. No need for volunteers to handle orders or payments—each person orders directly, and payment is processed securely.

Web Link & Password: We’ll provide you with a web link and password, which you can easily share with your team for access.

Flexible Ordering Window: Together, we’ll decide on the length of the ordering period, usually lasting no more than 6 weeks. You’ll have full control over the timeline to suit your team’s needs.

Sales Report & Commission: At the conclusion of the ordering period, you’ll receive a sales report. Your team will also be paid a commission for every sale within 30 days via a bank transfer. The more orders you get, the more money your team earns!

Direct Delivery: Once orders are placed, photos are delivered directly to the purchaser, so there’s no need for anyone to distribute photo packs or worry about damage during handling.

File Preparation
To ensure your photos are printed with the highest quality, please follow these guidelines for file preparation:

Resolution: Your files must be 300 DPI (dots per inch) at the final print size. This ensures sharp, high-quality prints.

File Format: Please provide your files in JPEG or TIFF format for optimal print quality.

Size Requirements: Files should be sized to match the final print dimensions (e.g., if you are ordering an 8x10 print, the file should be at least 8x10 inches at 300 DPI).
Additional Services:

File Preparation Service: If your file doesn’t meet these requirements, we offer a file preparation service for $15 per file. Our team will adjust your file to ensure it’s ready for the best print quality.

Name Labels: If you would like a name label to appear as part of your photo (such as for team photos), please include this as part of the file. This can also be added as a service for an additional fee—just let us know.

Please ensure you have permission from the photographer to reproduce and print the image. We require confirmation that the appropriate copyright and usage rights have been granted before we proceed with printing.
