With approximately 8 meters of premium wall space (2.6m high), this space provides you with the perfect canvas to create an intimate and personalised experience for your audience.

What's Included:

Gallery Setup & Teardown: Lion Studios will assist with the bump-in (setup) and bump-out (teardown) processes for the exhibition, ensuring a seamless experience.

Optional Add-Ons: During your two-week exhibition, you have the option to host a private showing-style opening night, meet the artist or a weekend workshop. You are welcome to cater these events yourself or we can cater for you. Lion Studios can provide ideas or guidance as needed. Fees and charges may apply.

Exhibition Flexibility: Artists are encouraged to market and promote their exhibition independently, using their unique voice and channels to reach their audience. You will receive a one hour marketing/ graphic design meeting with Cath to help your marketing material.
Artist Responsibilities:

Artwork Presentation: All artwork must meet our framing requirements: black, white, oak, or custom framing from Lion Studios for a cohesive presentation. We reserve the right to decline artwork that does not meet these standards.

Marketing & Promotion: Artists are responsible for creating and distributing their marketing materials (such as flyers, posters, and social media posts) to promote the exhibition. Lion Studios will also provide a some promotional support, with an appointment with our internal marketing specialist along with marketing on our social media and to our database but the artist is expected to lead their own marketing efforts.

Artwork Preparation: All artwork must be properly prepared for hanging. This includes fitting all pieces with D-rings for secure hanging and labelling each piece with the title, artist’s name, and price on the bottom right corner.All artwork requires D Rings 10cm from the top of the artwork for easy display on our hanging system, in addition artwork should have d-ring and wire hangers for the purchaser to be able to hang easily. Lion Studios can install these at a cost of $15 per artwork.

Content Guidelines: Lion Studios reserves the right to approve all artwork displayed in the gallery to ensure it aligns with our gallery style and aesthetic standards. Any works that do not meet these guidelines may not be displayed.

Commission: Lion Studios retains a 30% commission on all sales made during the exhibition. The artist will receive payment for any sold works within 30 days of the exhibition’s conclusion.

Insurance: While Lion Studios will take the utmost care to ensure the safety of your artwork, we cannot be held responsible for any theft, loss, or damage. We recommend that artists arrange their own insurance coverage for the duration of the exhibition.

Exhibition Duration: Each artist will be assigned a two-week exhibition block. Specific dates will be determined upon approval of the artist’s application.

Limited Availability: This is an exclusive opportunity with limited time slots available between our main exhibition programs. Artists are encouraged to book early to secure a spot.
