My aim in sculpturing is not perfection, it is working with nature, “Handmade bitsawood”. Texture, grain reveals the abstract, tactile shapes and brings new life to wood that others might burn. I particularly like old structural timbers that present as driftwood... remnants of old boats or river shacks.
