Boat Harbour Rock Platform - Jennifer Newman

Whilst out photographing clouds at Boat Harbour this man dressed in dark clothing appeared at the edge of the summit and began yelling something towards the ocean. As I was a considerable distance from him I was unable to understand what he was saying or connect with him so he has never been identified.
